The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) ensures economically viable, socially and environmentally sustainable management of the world's forests. The FSC seal guarantees that wood products come from responsibly managed forests or other responsible sources that uphold community rights and protect ecosystems. At least 30% of the wood used in this product is recycled. Using recycled wood helps ensure that discarded wood is kept out of landfill and reduces the demand for newly sourced lumber, thereby helping to curb deforestation.
