Stainless Steel Serving Bowl Bloom in Organic Shape

The gentle curves of the BLOOM mirror bowl were originally inspired by the natural shapes of cherry blossom petals. Translated into stainless steel, a bowl of apparent simplicity is created, where the sculptural shape and shiny surface need no additional decoration. The bowl is excellent as a striking table centrepiece or can be used to hold fruit or bread. Designer Helle Damkjær takes a particularly practical approach to her work and painstakingly models each piece from white clay to ensure that the shape is exactly right. This gives her pieces a noticeably softer and warmer expression, despite the hard stainless steel.
